For Patients

How to Access Your Portal:

Receive Your Access Card: After your scan, our reception team will give you a card containing your unique, secure login details.

Log In Anytime: Use these details to access the patient portal whenever you need to.
When Will My Results Be Ready?

Your Images: Typically available to view on your portal within 2 hours of your appointment.

Your Written Report: The formal written report is released to your portal ~5 days after it has been authorised and securely sent to your referring practitioner.
- Urgent Scans: If your results require immediate attention, our radiologists will contact your doctor directly.
Discussing Your Results
Your results are sent directly to the GP or specialist who requested your scan. Book a follow-up appointment with your doctors to discuss the findings and your treatment plan.
For your own protection, please keep your access card and login details strictly confidential and share them only with your chosen healthcare providers.
For Referrers
We provide medical partners with access to patient imaging and reports through our Doctor PACS Portal.

Patient Images: Scans are generally available to view within 2 hours of the patient’s examination.

Diagnostic Reports: Written reports are visible on your portal immediately after authorisation by our specialist team.
- Urgent Scans: For time-critical referrals or unexpected urgent findings, our radiologists will prioritise the report and phone your clinic directly to prevent delays in patient care.
